What is The Promise Fund?
The Promise Fund is Trinity Episcopal Day School's annual fundraising initiative. It plays a critical role in bridging the financial gap between the cost of tuition and the true cost of educating each student. While tuition covers 80% of these expenses, the remaining 20% is funded through your contributions.
Why is The Promise Fund Important?
Enhanced Educational Programs - Contributions to The Promise Fund enable us to offer a wide range of programs and activities that go beyond the basics. This includes Art, Music, STEAM, and Technology Integration courses.
Teacher Excellence - Your donations help us provide our educators with professional development courses to ensure that all of our teachers are trained and knowledgeable about the curriculum they are teaching.
Facility Improvements - The Promise Fund allows us to maintain and upgrade our facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
How Can You Help?
We ask every family to make a donation to The Promise Fund. Your generosity, regardless of the amount, makes a significant impact. The following are ways you can contribute:
One-Time Donation: A single contribution can go a long way in supporting our mission.
Monthly Giving: Setting up a recurring donation provides sustained support throughout the year. This can be set-up through your school FACTS account or you can set it up online through our donation site.
Pledge: Pledge now and pay in full by May 1, 2025.
Matching Gifts: Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your donation.

Every dollar donated to The Promise Fund directly impacts the quality of education our students receive. It ensures that we can continue to offer an enriching educational experience that prepares our students for the future.
Trinity’s tuition only covers a portion of the true cost of educating each student. We set tuition lower so that a Trinity education remains affordable for more families. Donations made to the Promise Fund are used to fill this gap. Each contribution is a show of confidence in our teachers, students, and the strength of our mission.
Donations to the Promise Fund support Trinity's ability to offer our students the essentials and the extras. Our students benefit every day from our remarkable faculty, innovative curriculum, up-to-date technology, and engaging co-curricular classes that are all supported by The Promise Fund. Each contribution, a promise that takes our school from good to great, ensures Trinity's legacy of excellence which has remained strong for over 75 years.
Your tax-deductible gift supports a multitude of activities and will be put to use immediately, having a direct impact on student experiences today and a lasting impact on those of tomorrow.

The Margaret Wilson Memorial fund was established by Margaret Wilson’s family to honor her life. Margaret was a long time Trinity parishioner and ardent supporter of Trinity Episcopal Day School. If you wish to contribute to this fund you may do so by clicking the Donate Today button above or by mailing your contribution to the school at 3550 Morning Glory Ave with “Margaret Wilson” in the memo.

Trinity’s Gala is a night you don’t want to miss! Our auction raised a record-breaking $60,000 in 2024. These funds are allowing us to purchase new lunchroom tables for our cafeteria.
