Camp Theodore is Trinity Episcopal Day School’s joyful summer program for children entering PreK 3 through 6th grade. Designed and led by Trinity teachers, the camp offers eight weeks of discovery, creativity, and fun—all in a safe, faith-filled environment that feels just like home.
Here, campers begin each day with energy and connection before diving into themed activities that balance enrichment, play, and friendship. From art and music to STEM challenges, outdoor adventures, and special guest events, every moment is planned to spark joy, curiosity, and growth. Both Trinity and non-Trinity students are welcome to join the adventure and become part of the Camp Theodore family.

A Day at Camp for Our Teddies
Mornings are filled with 30-minute enrichment classes like Art, Music, P.E., and Theme that keep campers moving, creating, and engaged. In between, children enjoy snack time, playground fun, and moments in their dens (home classrooms) with friends. After lunch, afternoons bring more opportunities for discovery—whether it’s a science experiment, ice cream sundaes, computer lab time, or a special camp-wide event.
Pre-K campers enjoy a developmentally appropriate schedule filled with stories, music, center play, naps, and outdoor time. They especially love splash days, author visits, and other special events designed just for them.
No matter the age group, each day at Camp Theodore blends structure with freedom—helping campers build independence, friendships, and memories that last long after summer ends.
Adventure All Summer Long
Every week brings a new theme, from “Marvelous Heroes” to “Camp PAW-Some” and even “Summer-ween.” These creative themes shape hands-on projects, dress-up days, and camp-wide celebrations that give campers something new to look forward to each week. Whether digging up fossils, singing Kidz Bop favorites, or making a friendship mix, Camp Theodore ensures summer is always full of surprises.
Camp Theodore runs for nine weeks. Camp hours are 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with Extended Care available daily until 5:30 PM.
